PA Christmas Competition

Join us for our third annual Panshanger Christmas Fishing Competition!

Following the great success of the last two years, we’re bringing everyone together again for some festive fishing, friendly competition and a lakeside brunch.

Whether you’re hoping to take home a trophy or simply enjoy a few hours fishing with fellow members, it’s a great way to round off the year.

How the competition works

We’ll kick things off with a lucky dip to allocate fishing pegs. Each peg will be fished for 10 minutes before everyone moves clockwise to the next peg.

There are three trophies up for grabs:

🏆 First Fish – First angler to catch a fish

🏆 Biggest Fish – Largest fish caught during the competition

🏆 Most Fish – Highest number of fish caught

Festive lakeside brunch

Once the fishing is over, we’ll gather for a well-earned lakeside brunch, kindly funded by proceeds from the Panshanger Anglers Shop.

The food is on us, but donations towards the cost are very welcome. If you’d like to contribute, please bring some change or a card on the day.
